Return & Refund Policy

At Sew Wonderly Made, each product is individually crafted and customized to your specifications. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are considered final.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalization details (including but not limited to spelling, dates, thread colors, design choices, and sizes) are entered correctly at the time of purchase. Sew Wonderly Made will not be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged in transit, or if there is an error in the customization that differs from the order details you provided, you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Upon verification of the issue, Sew Wonderly Made will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement of the item or an appropriate remedy.

Please note:

  • Claims made after 7 calendar days from delivery will not be honored.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or error may be required.
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance due to the handmade process will not be considered defects.

 

Limitation of Liability

Sew Wonderly Made shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability, in any case, shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the item in question.
