Welcome to Sew Wonderly Made. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

Sew Wonderly Made (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides embroidery services and embroidered products (“Products”). By purchasing from us, you (“Customer,” “you”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Custom Orders

All products unless otherwise noted as Overstock items are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all details (including but not limited to text, spelling, thread color, fabric and/or t-shirt color, and design selection) before submitting an order. Once an order has been placed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or undeliverable packages, for which we are not liable.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. For details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and content displayed on our website are the intellectual property of Sew Wonderly Made and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. All embroidery designs are the intellectual property of their rightful designers/owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent from the designers. Custom designs created specifically for a customer may not be resold or reproduced without our written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sew Wonderly Made shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
