Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are custom-made with care. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and production before your order ships. This includes custom embroidery and handcrafted finishing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Preorders The typical processing time of 2–3 weeks does not start for preorders until the item is received from the supplier. This can mean the item will not be received for 10–14 weeks depending on preorder turn around times (TAT) listed in the preorder description. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item is a preorder or not.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer several shipping options within the US:
- Free Shipping on orders over $50
- Economy Shipping – $4.50 flat rate (or $19.90 for packages 5–70 lbs)
- Standard Shipping – $8.25 (0–1 lb) or $12.50 (1–5 lbs)
- Carrier-calculated rates via USPS are also available at checkout
Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected service.
International Shipping At this time, international shipping is not available. We currently only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
